Do the delphiniums grow as perennials at DO, or do you treat them as annuals?
Charles, We treat our delphiniums as annuals, and our lupines as biennials. They do, sometimes reseed, depending on the weather. We have found a shady spot near Plum Walk for them and the lupines do fine there, even in the scorch of summer.
What USDA zone is Wash. DC in.
